Easter Rocky Road

We're looking ahead to Easter and all of the wonderful chocolatey treats that it inevitably entails

We all know what to make at Christmas time. Pavlova, glazed ham, prawns with cocktail sauce, mince pies, fruit cake. You know the drill.

But if you’re anything like me, you get a little stumped as to what to cook for Easter.

Ok sure, there’s generally a fish pie on Good Friday and maybe a roast leg of lamb for Sunday lunch, but apart from that, I always like to get a bit of fresh baking inspo -generally in the form of chocolate in one way or another.
